A tanfolyamról

Design thinking is a method of problem-solving that aids in the creation of human-centered products, services, and processes. It not only aids in the solution of the problem, but also in identifying the correct problem and empathizing with the customer. For our Design Thinking Certification Program, we’ve adopted the 5-step framework in the Design Thinking Program evangelized in the 1990s by IDEO and Stanford. This framework speaks about empathizing, defining, ideating, prototyping, and testing - the 5 steps to be a skilled design thinker.
These skills serve as a powerful framework, within which techniques like data sciences and behavioral psychology can be leveraged effectively. In this immersive, two-day program, you’ll step out of your comfort zone and channel your creativity.
