Developing an understanding of Scrum values such as Focus, Commitment, Respect, and Courage to be applied across organizations and creation of an environment surrounding them.
2. Scrum Team
Understanding the roles of a scrum team - product owner, Scrum master, and developers to develop accountability among team members to achieve a shared goal.
3. Events
Getting complete context of Scrum events - Sprint, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and the Sprint Retrospective and to practice each event at scale and understanding their role through the 3 pillars of Scrum - transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
4. Artifacts
Understanding the 3 key artifacts - the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Increment that allow practitioners to plan, execute, and review the Sprint.
