The LSS Black Belt training covers a wide range of topics categorized under five phases. These topics are covered in detail in the IASSC Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Body of Knowledge.
The five phases are Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Each phase has a corresponding list of techniques for achieving the purpose of that phase. This includes statistical analysis, various charts, metrices, and concepts.
To get certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, you will need to clear the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt exam. The exam is separate from the LSSBB course. You will need to use the learning from the Six Sigma Black Belt online course and prepare for the exam. Once you’re satisfied with your level of preparation, then you can schedule an exam and clear it by scoring at least 70% to get certified.
We provide the course in English.
