DevOps contributes to the success of the overall organization by facilitating the synergy of Agile development, Service Management and Lean improvement while assuring security and maintaining control in a continuous delivery pipeline.
DevOps is also part of the upcoming ITIL4 recommendations which embraces new ways of working, such as Lean, Agile, and DevOps to address the need for multimodal service management.
Goals:
The primary goal of this course is to ensure that the participants be familiar with DevOps practices in the Three Ways: Flow, Feedback, Learning and Experimentation. The participants will understand the impact of these organizational and technical changes on their daily work.
A secondary goal is to prepare participants for the EXIN DevOps Professional examination.
